There are a lot of bloggers who put countless hours into the work they do on their blog, but I’m not one of them.
of the methods below!Do you have any of those brightly-colored plastic eggs laying around and nothing to do with them?I had a whole giant bag that I was saving from last year just in case I thought of a use for them.

Kennedy loves to play with them, but honestly they mostly just make a big mess all over the house when the cats get into them and I’m not so fond of that..I thought I might try making something out of them that would actually look nice sitting on a table instead of making me feel all frustrated.. I’ve seen fabric covered eggs before, but mostly they were a little shabbier than I was in the mood for. Now, don’t get me wrong, these eggs are mighty shabby, but using patterned fabrics that match others I’ve used around the house made all the difference here..

I had some leftover bits from my DIY upholstered ottomans, my.no-sew cornices.

skirted desk stool.
so I put them to use!.A lot of those expensive painting tools really don’t make any difference at all!.
In fact, I almost never buy a single expensive anything for all the painting I do, and here’s why:.Painting should be cheap and cheerful.
The ability to paint is the ability for anyone, anywhere to change their own environment and to choose how they want it to look and feel.No matter what your budget is, changing the colors in a room with paint is one of the most powerful DIY design tools that you have and it’s available to practically anyone who’s interested.
